Our mission is to provide safe, effective, and up-to-date treatments to our clients. That is why we require our injectors to be Registered Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Doctorates of Nursing Practices, or physicians.
We also are one of the few med spas in the Treasure Valley to have an on-site medical director to ensure patient safety and quality of care. This allows us to oversee that every patient is receiving the highest standard of care with rigorous oversight of medical, safety, and professional standards.
Dr. Morgann Orm
DNP, FNP-C, NP-C, APRN
Injector, Medical Director, & Owner
Dr. Morgann Orm is the owner and medical director of Boise Image Enhancement Centre and has been caring for patients here since 1998.
With more than two decades of experience in medical aesthetics, Dr. Morgann specializes in injectable treatments that enhance natural beauty and support graceful aging. Her expertise includes neuromodulators such as Botox®, Dysport®, and Xeomin®, as well as dermal fillers for facial balancing, volume restoration, lip enhancement, and contouring. Known for her thoughtful approach and attention to detail, she performs comprehensive facial assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that create balanced, natural-looking results.
In addition to her expertise in injectables, Dr. Morgann is experienced in a broad range of aesthetic procedures, including skin rejuvenation, skin tightening, and resurfacing. She has helped develop treatment protocols used by practitioners across the country and regularly trains other medical professionals in aesthetic medicine. Her approach centers on understanding each patient’s goals and recommending treatments that align with their individual needs and desired outcomes.
Dr. Morgann completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in May 2018 and remains committed to lifelong learning. Through continued education, research, and advanced training, she strives to stay current with evolving techniques and the latest developments in aesthetic medicine, with an emphasis on patient safety and effective, individualized care.
Dr. Morgann is a member of the Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, the American Vein and Lymphatic Society (formerly the American College of Phlebology), the American College of Aesthetic and Cosmetic Physicians, the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, the International Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, the International Society of Longevity Medicine, the American Nurses Association (ANA), the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), and Nurse Practitioners of Idaho.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Morgann enjoys spending time with her family, who remain at the center of her life. Her appreciation for beauty extends beyond aesthetic medicine to fashion, design, and the creative details that make life meaningful. She is always eager to explore new interests and experiences, bringing that same curiosity and creativity to the care of her patients.
Connie Schnebly

Founder
Connie Schnebly is the founder of Boise Image Enhancement Centre and has been a licensed Registered Nurse since 1975. Throughout her distinguished career, she brought decades of expertise in hospital, surgical, and specialized clinical nursing to the field of aesthetic medicine. As one of Idaho’s pioneers in non-surgical aesthetic treatments, Connie helped introduce and refine innovative techniques while setting a standard for patient care, safety, and clinical excellence.
In addition to caring for patients, Connie has been deeply involved in educating and mentoring other medical professionals, sharing her knowledge and experience to help advance the field of aesthetic medicine. Her dedication to excellence earned the trust of patients who traveled from across the United States and abroad to seek her care.
Connie earned a Ph.D. in Cellular Physiology and achieved board certification as a Diplomate of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M) and the American Board of Anti-Aging Healthcare Professionals (ABAAHP), reflecting her advanced expertise in anti-aging and regenerative healthcare.
She has been an active member of numerous professional organizations, including the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, the American College of Phlebology, the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, the International Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, and the International Society of Longevity Medicine.
Today, Connie enjoys a semi-retired role and is no longer accepting patients. Her legacy continues through the practice she founded and the many professionals she has trained and mentored throughout her career. She remains passionate about education, innovation, and supporting the continued growth of aesthetic medicine.

Heather Marty is an experienced Registered Medical Assistant and trained aesthetic injector at Boise Image Enhancement Centre. With more than 25 years of experience in the medical field, she brings extensive clinical knowledge and a strong commitment to patient care.
Combining clinical experience with an artistic eye, Heather takes a personalized approach to aesthetic treatments, focusing on each patient’s unique features and goals. She values building lasting patient relationships and creating a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable and cared for. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence guide her approach to safe, individualized care and natural-looking results.
Outside the clinic, Heather enjoys the outdoors, chasing sunrises and sunsets, and traveling to experience new places and cultures. Above all, family is at the heart of her life, and she treasures time spent with them.

Outside the clinic, Erica enjoys getting lost in a good book by the pool, making meaningful memories with her family, and exploring new destinations. Her love of travel allows her to discover new places, embrace new experiences, and collect stories along the way.

Kristy Foster has been a licensed esthetician since 2011 and is the owner of Kristy Anzara Esthetics and Permanent Makeup, located within Boise Image Enhancement Centre, Inc. She is dedicated to providing personalized skincare solutions tailored to a variety of skin types and concerns.
Kristy offers a comprehensive range of services, including rejuvenating facials, dermaplaning, chemical peels, microneedling, and advanced skincare treatments designed to promote healthy, radiant-looking skin. She also specializes in enhancing natural beauty through brow lamination, brow shaping and tinting, lash lifting and tinting, and permanent makeup for brows, lips, and eyeliner, with an emphasis on natural-looking, long-lasting results.
A member of Associated Skin Care Professionals and the International Association for Aesthetics, Kristy is committed to maintaining high standards of professionalism and care. She views skin as her canvas and takes pride in helping each client look refreshed and feel their best.
